Just to let you know that the LCD arrived today safe and sound, have installed it and it is perfect. You were right about the Sharp being a direct replacement for the Toshiba LCD, in fact I think it may be brighter. Many thanks for your help and assistance in sorting this out, it is so great to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and can also deal internationally. Also thanks for the Pixelclean it works great, much better than the traditional computer store cleaner that we were using.

Installation was a snap and much easier than I anticipated. The screen booted perfectly and now my display looks 10 times better than when it was new.
